Houserules

Welcome to B&B Asinello! We do everything we can to ensure you have a pleasant and relaxing stay. To ensure this for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules.

General

Respect and tranquility: We ask that you respect the B&B, our property, and the tranquility of other guests. Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, we ask for silence in the rooms and common areas.

Liability: B&B Asinello is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

Damage: If anything is accidentally broken, please report it to us immediately. In the case of intentional damage, you may be charged for repair or replacement.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in: Rooms are available from 4:00 PM. If you would like to check in earlier, please contact us in advance to discuss the options.

Check-out: You must vacate your room by 11:00 AM. Please return your key and pay the remaining balance of your bill upon check-out.

The rooms

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the B&B and in the rooms. A designated smoking area is available outside.

Food and drink: Eating and drinking in the rooms is allowed, but be careful with stains.

Heating and ventilation: We ask you to close windows and doors when the heating or air conditioning is on.

Key: You are responsible for your own room and front door keys. Lost keys will incur a charge.

Jacuzzi: To maintain the quiet, please do not activate the jacuzzi between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Do not use bubble bath if you wish to activate the bubbles.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30 in the breakfast room.

Do you have any dietary requirements or allergies? Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate them.

Guests

Receiving visitors in the rooms is not permitted unless this has been agreed with us in advance.

You are responsible for your guests and compliance with these rules.

Children under 12 years old are not allowed in B&B Asinello.

Hammam

You can book one session in our hammam per stay. Please discuss this with us during breakfast. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but we can't guarantee it due to availability.

Honesty Bar

In our common area, you'll find a refrigerator with a variety of drinks. The prices are listed on the price list next to it. You can pay for drinks in cash upon arrival by putting the amount in the jar, or write down your consumption so we can bill you at checkout.

Pets

For reasons of hygiene and the tranquility of all our guests, pets are not allowed in our B&B.

In case of violation of the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately, without refund of the accommodation costs.
