Terms and Conditions
1. General
These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations, agreements and services of B&B Asinello, located in Bruges, Ezelstraat 59A.
By booking a room you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Reservation and Payment
A reservation is only final after receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount and after written confirmation by e-mail.
The listed prices are per night and include breakfast, VAT, and tourist tax, unless otherwise stated.
Payment of the full amount must be made in the manner and within the timeframe specified in the booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation
Cancellations up to 7 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival date or in case of no-show will be charged 100% of the total stay costs.
We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance.
4. House rules
By making a reservation, you agree to the B&B Asinello house rules. These can be found on our website and are also available for review at the B&B.
In case of violation of the house rules, B&B Asinello reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement, without refund of the accommodation costs.
Damage to B&B property will be charged.
5. Liability
B&B Asinello is not liable for any loss, theft, accidents or damage to personal property or persons incurred during your stay at the B&B.
The B&B is not liable for disruptions to its services, such as power, internet, or water outages, or for any inconvenience caused by third parties.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, fire, extreme weather conditions), B&B Asinello reserves the right to cancel or modify the reservation, without the guest being entitled to compensation.
7. Complaints
Complaints about your stay must be reported immediately and on-site so we can try to resolve them.
8. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to all agreements between you and B&B Asinello.
